Those who plead guilty will IMO further the investigation.

I mentioned before as we discuss various aspects of this probe that many will throw people under the bus to save their own hide, or at least a part of it.

"OK, you are facing 10 years in a Federal prison. I'll make you a deal, give up some people at the top of the food chain and I'll cut that to 2 years with an early release of 1 year for good behavior."

This sort of thing happens all the time in our society...just ask the jailed Mafia guys over the years......
