Just because somebody says something on a message board does not make it true.

My statement about employees/management/BOD being told by councel to never log on to a message board was in reference to e.Digital. Their attorneys make it real clear to never do such, therefore I am making the assumption this to be common practice for public companies as a hole.

I cannot prove they don't, and nobody can prove they do.
