Here's the "problem" if I may use that word to express my thoughts, the intent of the post was unknown. Frankly, I never heard the term, "Regulation SHO Threshold List " so I could not tell if this was a statement, a question, a complaint?? I just could not tell?

Then the U Y N I did not understand either...so I did a Google search, found the 2 links, "educated myself" then posted it for you and others. 3x was not sure what the U Y N was either, but his fail to deliver comments meant he knew something about this, which further peaked my curiousity.

This would have been simpler if your original post said, "what does this mean? I found this but don't understand it, can anyone help me?"

None of this back in forth would probably not even happened.

Just offering a suggestion for down the road OK?
