I talked to Terry in the office today and he stated business as normal. I used the new 604 number and he stated the 800 number is the same. He mentioned that the office in Fairbanks is staffed year round too, and waiting for the weather to break. Of course conversation was just small talk as they are waiting for CTO to be lifted. About all I got out of call, but for once I got thru !!! A positive.
