Exactly repo. We are at the end of Feb. looking March right in the face, with no PR's describing plan of attack in the early drilling season (production season would be better), which begins in late April,early May. Its right around the corner and where will the money$$ come from to move forward? As far as I know, last year was nothing but shoulda, woulda, coulda !!!!! Like the guy says, "Git er done!!!!"
