Well, that answers the question of whether Baines has gone to trial in a defamation lawsuit doesn't it. It doesn't answer whether he has gone to trial for anything concerning defamatory statements against Silverado. I need help here,as I have no recollection of when and where I read if David Baines has gone to court over Silverado. Maybe I am mistaking it for the Lawson lawsuit. I will try to find it.
