pg. 6 - the model assumes the company will receive $50 Million this year and shows three dates for each TRANCH to be recieved over 2011.

TRANCH 1 - on Signing $10,450

TRANCH 2 - Aug. 1/11 $17,320

TRANCH 3 - Nov 1/11 $22,220

* Distribution dependant on the Company’s raise of the required capital.
