Validity?

It is not an uncommon practice to pay companies like this for some press time, and this is not the 1st time Silverado has done such.

"Zillions" of public companies pay public relations firms to "get the word out" so to speak.

Is your question/comment concerning paying in shares vs cash, or are you implying the implication of Silverado obtaining financing via a JV has no validity?
