The MM's upped the ask to .008, some trades went at and near it for a while, then they dropped the ask to .0072 with the bid at .0071.
This sort of thing makes the day traders sell a portion or all, thinking it will sink. It's called "shake the trees and see how many leaves fall."
Just one of their many games to create a spread, buy the shares for inventory, then raise the ask later.
