How could this be a sustained upward movement? There has been no reason for it to move up this far, no news , nothing. It has to be games they are playing. Unless i am missing something, if so please tell me. Why would it not settle backdown to where it was just like it always does. I am hoping like everyone else, that it goes up, but this just does not seem real.
