I agree. Just figured that this has to be taken care of before any other"significant" news, such as financing this years drilling program, or as all have been anxiously awaiting, a financing package to enable them to go into pre-production mode acquiring necessary equipment that they don't have yet which enables them to start production of say 100-200tpd, moving generators from their other sites etc., etc.
