Pretty sure we are well over 1.5B by now...maybe 1.6B, maybe 1.7B....

And, I'll be pleasantly shocked if the financing deal is 100% debt financing. If I were debt financing a company like this, I'd ask for a share component as well (equity financing component). If we finance (significantly) with only a couple/few hundred million shares as part of the deal to the financiers, I'll be OK with that.
