To me, a reverse split is a bad sign, an act of desparation to give mathematically fewer shares in float, with an initial break even value wise, but I can't say it benefits the share holders, and in fact, is rarely does.

I was at one of many share holder meetings of another OTCBB stock I have owned for 10 years now, and this was about 2004 (?) and the subject came up during Q&A. The response from a BOD member was, "that would not benefit the share holders, just the company, and since you are an owner of this company, we will avoid such a move unless given no choice."

Having said that, with 1.5 Bln shares outstanding, the "risk" of such a move by our BOD is certainly possible. I would like to think once financing is secured, we go into production and reap revenues ongoing, and the stock gets to $1 or $2, a reverse split at that time, to get the share price into the NASDAQ requirement, along with all the other rules of the game, would be a good move, but not now.

JMO of course...
