Financing is the key to everything right now and my main focus. Nature will take it's course after that IMO.

Anyone can attend a SHM whether owning the stock or not. It's a public company, and if someone who does not own decides to go, as part of DD before buying, they cannot be kept away. I believe fastfoot's point was unruly people could get asked to leave, and that would also be the case if you owned tons of the stock.

I was at a SHM a few years back and a guy really got nasty, was out numbered, the speaker stopped picking him during Q&A, and he got upset and left.

There is a code of conduct expected at meetings of this sort, so I would not think it's of any concern. All ya need are a few tough miners/employees in the back of the room to keep order...LOL!!!
