At some point in the near future, this group needs to decide about adding a 3rd and maybe a 4th HL, as IMO, 2 is not adequate. Maybe we need 5?

The role of a HL is often misunderstood, and many people do not want the "job" because of incorrect assumptions as to their "duties."

In a nut shell, a HL is equal to all other posters. No need to make it into something it is not.....you decide what level of involvement fits your style, not Agora or fello posters/HL's. We have 27 HL's at my other spot, and less than 1/2 are "active."

Interested candidates can express their views about taking the position publicaly or via PM to me, 3x10e6 or both. We do a vote, and that's it.

No hurry, just something to contimplate.
