Thank you all for your messages and for those who were assertive and exhibited calm and patience during the last 24 hours. As you are all aware, emotions have been let loose again, and the board has derailed itself from factual interpretations on company events. Let it be known that such posts will be removed, if they have not been already.

To begin clarifying your concerns, I would like to state, that when a member of this or any other HUB, recommends another to be a HUB Leader, whilst being off topic, is not looked at as a violation by AGORACOM admins.

Furthermore, we wish to specify, that when a fellow member recommends another to be HUB Leader, is not a slight towards the existing HUB Leaders, nor is it an effort to oust any existing HUB Leaders.

Dear Cooky, we have no intentions in replacing you from the list of HUB Leaders as:

A) You have done nothing wrong

B) Everything you post was thoughtful and very carefully worded, and I hope that you do not allow this predicament to deter you from posting on our forums in the future.

Being so, after your recommendations and votes, we looked into the matter of appointing the user 3x10e6 as HUB Leader to this forum. Upon careful consideration of both the users time on the forum, in addition to the communities vote, we are pleased to inform you that 3x10e6 has been appointed HUB Leader and we are privileged to have you aboard!

In addition to the situation of a new additional HUB Leader, we were also bombarded by messages from every participant in the forum, each expressing their belief that somehow, AGORACOM is treating them unfairly. For this, I wish to extend our sympathies and deepest apologies, if you feel our six rules (that are really recommendations) of use are too stiffling to debate.

As I am certain you are all aware, AGORACOM has very little control over what gets said on this Forum. In other words, we cannot tell people what they feel they should post here; what is topical and relevant to one is not to the other. The balancing act is the community, that decides for itself who and what is useful - and what is not is left behind on the sidelines.

However, we will step in when our six rules of use are being impeached and delete posts and discuss what each poster did wrong, to help IMPROVE the content of this community.

Being so, we are aware of a minority of posters who have been trying to belittle others, be it specific posters or unspecified groups within this forum. Dear fastfoot, we cannot understand your aggression and venom of some your posts (removed), not even 24 hours after we talked about what was wrong with your posts that led to their removals.

When you ask a question directed towards another member, that poster is not obligated to respond in any way. In other words, if you keep posting this question directed at that specific poster, in demand of a response, you will find yourself on the receiving end of a violation rule.

Memebrs are kindly advised to keep that in mind when posting any future questions and or thoughts to the board.

Lastly, with regards to nomegnome, we have removed this user from the HUB Leader panel. Should the user return and request to be re-appointed, kindly note that HUB Leader authority will be restored to nomegnome.

On a final note, please take a moment to review this post, reminding members of forum conduct.
