Thank you for your logical assessment Grim. Much appreciated. We all know how critical financing is at this stage & we simply must continue to wait until this process is concluded. It would be improper for us to do otherwise. Most of us figured this would be relatively simple - however, we were wrong. Once again your insight was much better - the present tight money environment has further delayed the process I'm sure. To-day, most negotiating firms perhaps want too big a piece of the future action - perhaps their demands are too rigid & too conditional - who knows? Certainly none of us - we can only guess.
