2 Drill Holes do NOT tell the whole story. Stock Swap highly unlikely!

A stock swap, also known as a share swap, is a business takeover or acquisition in which the acquiring company uses its own stock to pay for the acquired company. Each shareholder of the newly acquired company receives a certain number of shares of the acquiring company's stock for each share of stock they previously held in the acquired company. Sometimes some shareholders are required to wait for an agreed-upon period of time before they are allowed to sell their new shares of stock.
Alternatively, it is a method of exercising stock options where shares that the holder already owns are used to buy new shares at the exercise price.
It is one of the poison pill strategies used to avoid a hostile takeover bid by another company.
One has to be realistic in considering the results of the last 2 drill hole results which are not representative of what's been found so far over the 12 sq mi. Nolan property. One can't expect to find 5.72 oz.gold/ton everywhere. One has to be happy with the odd single in a game for one can't hit a home run every time one goes up to bat. The fact remains, everywhere we drill we find for the most part respectable gold & antimony. Where concentrations might be less, it helps us go in a different direction - we know how rich the main veins are - they are hundreds of feet deep & extend for miles in complex patterns. I feel these results only help us to better hone in on the mother lode. There is no reason to dispair!
Garry Anselmo has not worked far too hard for decades to let this Nolan Gem get away for nothing. He knows what great potential is here - somehow he will get the necessary financing to finish the job. One might say the CAKE is here -- we are simply waiting for the ICING!
