No one can predict the future based upon past happenings. This would & could happen only if absolutely no progress were made in securing financing - in other words if Silverado continued to tread water for another year. There is no evidence that this will happen. To the contrary, as Grim has stated several times, solid financing takes incredible time & minute detailed analysis.

Once a financial package is in place, there will no need for massive, additional shares to be issued. 2010 will not be a repeat of 2009 re share count.
