I paid a visit to a comapny last week and met with the IR contact, who is a member of the BOD, and shared a couple of things he told me, and posted it on Agora. The statement was true and accurate, and within legal guidelines allowed. My comment was not a claim to predict a future event, but to state a fact.

Claims of insider information is another matter, and a violation of Agora's rules.
