FF,

I'm glad you took my post the way it was intended.

We have the same issues on EDIG.

Q1 report was dull, no real guidance from management, the digEcor case is not yet ruled on by the judge, Samsung settlement remains pending, Markman hearing is 2/17/10, our law firm has not filed against the 2nd round of infringers, product and service revs are 20% of the record year in 2008...etc. You name it, we are in the same boat, and it causes our members to take issue with everything and the bickering begins. Oh, did I mention the PPS has been at a dime for months?

When a board gets bored, things that are not really important in the over all scheme of things, become important, as there is little else to discuss.

I suspect there are many in here, as with the EDIG board, that have a large position in the 7 figure category as we do, that are upside down big time, and it's easy to be intolerant and frustrated with ANYONE for saying something not POSITIVE about SLGLF and it's management team, yet what is just is, and some chose to express their concern and question what the BOD are up to, which is a very natural reaction when one is swimming in red ink for many years.

A discussion group without opposing views, questions of others stand on any particular issue, is not a discussion group at all IMO, but a lecture hall with a professor preaching to a silent audience.

In court, opposing attorneys ARGUE their case. In here, we should discuss, and leave the arguing to the lawyers.

FWIW, I hope this group can regroup at times when it is moving off course, and stick to what we all desire, which is a return for our investment.

Now, here I am lecturing...so I'm sorry, but I had to get this off my chest.

Lets circle the wagons, set up camp, and have a party!
