Agreed, but shares outstanding is one thing, shares in float is another, and shares authorized by share holder vote is another stat.
I have not looked into this on their website yet, so maybe someone can offer this up to the board.
I.E., EDIG has approx 282 mln shares outstanding, and 350 mln authorized, with about 277 mln in float.
What is also very important concerning comments about a reverse split, is how many shares the company/BOD/insiders etc hold.
