Late this a.m. Goldtender took 1 of the small boats out along with his scuba gear & a long spear. Several hours later he came back with several octopi, but he refuses to tell us his marvellous technique. Nevetheless to-morrow we will have a real treat for dinner - Koala I hope you know how to cook these guys???

Maybe if we give Goldtender a few doubles of his favorite drink, we will pry his secret out gently! No torture allowed on this ship - haha! Waterboarding not part of our code of ethics. Maybe a group of us can join him on his next expedition?
