I was under the assumption that the Buntzen report was a sure thing to get capital. Where are the creative minds at slgl to at least get a start to get funds to commence production and then try to raise money along the way. ie if the project is 30 million for a period of 1 year, why not get 10 million to start this project and then raise capital along the way to complete this thing. Until the weather clears up to be effective to start production, or whatever is required, I am surprised of the lack of interest to support the company. Just my thought
