Thanks, Cooky. Info seems to be our biggest asset right now, so I'm trying to provide as much as possible on my end. We forget that the banking industry is TRULY going through an unprecedented change right now. The exciting thing is to consider the upside at this point. Green Fuel aside, we have a LOT of property up there and just a portion of this has shown real income potential. Banks will get hungry again and money will be invested into projects like this.
