I just spoke w/ Bob at SLGLF and the meeting is postponed until late November or early Dec b/c of timing conflicts. He mentioned that there were several issues which would be up for vote, including a split of the company b/c of a deal they are trying to strike with an investor for the LRCWF project. Take it for what it's worth from that office.
