I've been poking around to see what is causing this 'break-out' of the SP today. The only 'odd' thing I see is that Silverado is no longer on the Red Hills Ecoplex page as a new tenant. I've e-mailed Allen Bates, the manager, for an explanation.

I'll let you know what I find. What a wild ride today.....
