The money spent which causes the loss are on cash expenditures for exploration which do not appear to be capitalized.

I hope that there are a lot of people lining up for Pretium's IPO My back of the envelope ansalysis shows that the IPO price will have to be around $20.00 per share to meet the numbers required in the prospectus. (I hope that I am wrong as this seems a lot per share for a junior explorer.)
