i am optimistic that this will be a good fit for both companies, and if and when i can find out more about pretium, i may buy "a few" shares. rq is very good at exploration, and he will add value to the assets up there. meanwhile the company gets some value immediately (cash) for an asset that the market did not recognize, and an equity position in the new company.

everything i had seen and heard indicated that rq left the company on good terms and from a recent interview he gave, it was clear that he would be heading up an exploration company in the near future. so while we dont know all of the terms of the agreement, lets keep an open mind on this, as it would have been a long, long time before the company could have developed those assets.
