Brings me to Silver Standard Resources, I seem to recall that Adrian Douglas had this stock listed amongst the top 5 most shorted stocks in the precious metals sector, Looks to be that the shorts are holding on by their toe nails, I wouldn’t want to be the last to exit this building if that 3 year declining trend line breaks up, What’s that they say about ‘trying to empty the Hoover Dam through a hose pipe’!

i hope they are right. the short position is lower than it used to be, but a strong move in the silver price could still trigger some short covering.
