here is the address and the instructions for writing to the cftc:

Silver market analyst Ted Butler today alerted us all that the close of business tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12, is the deadline for submitting comment to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission in regard to enforcement of position limits in the futures markets. The CFTC is encouraging submission of comments by e-mail to this address:

energyhearingcomments@cftc.gov
