in this interview, ted butler refers to cftc chairman gary gensler as a dedicated public servant, and then goes on to say gensler is the best cftc chairman in history. i have no idea why butler is so optimistic about gensler reforming the futures markets, but he said he would be shocked if gensler doesn't follow through.
