How do you explain the stock sitting almost 50% off the peak if this news is as good as face value? I remember SFY the oil company had a big field in New Zealand. The stock "should" have gone to 200 but instead it went to $3. Strange. |
for one thing, the price of silver is down more than 20% from its peak, and this company is leveraged to the price of silver. there is also a large short position sitting on the stock, which will have to be bought back some day. and the company is making the transition from explorer to producer, something with is rarely done successfully, and speculators may be betting against it.
