Indeed, not the kind of excitement I would like to see.

Nevertheless, I have seen this kind of thing before.

Sooner or later - so have patience - it seems to keep overcoming these slumps and then move even higher.

With all the underlying conditions that are currently in place, I have every confidence that it will do so again.

Meanwhile, these kinds of conditions are prime territory for "buying low".

You know the saying about when to buy  - when there is "blood in the streets"
