Well, if your whole reply is basically:

"management should have been prescient"

then I will leave it at that.

I am not disputing that this same deal at $48.00 would have been better for Silver Standard.

What I am expressing is that it is far too easy to condemn in retrospect and those that do so seldom have the ability to do any better.
