What Deep may or may not realize (and I certainly don't mind him knowing this) is that "cranking up the rank" will never be sufficient to "take over" this forum.

The administrators are committed to some level of personal policing that will not allow "formulae" to upset the apple cart.   

My mind is still not made up on whether Deep here is the old deep of SSRI-Yahoo.  I really don't care a whole lot.

If his posts (here) are good, he (and the rest of us) will gain the benefit from them.

Given this stance, I think it is best to let that particular thread drop out of the forefront of our conversations (feel free to keep it at the back of your minds) and judge the posts on their own merit.

I believe that "palace coups" are not very viable on this site.

This is a big reason I jumped here.
