Let's say for arguments sake and in my "delusional" thinking that SFMI turns around 100%....... billions of shares (lowlifes salaries) are given back, the same crew that got the boot in GH are forced to step down in SF, and the company gets funding by Eagle.....and they pay off everyone, company works out a deal with claim owners and John Leliever and Walter Hanych proceed with the original plan...mine WEM & the Sinker Tunnel, what are u guys gonna say then?

Basically it's either that or SFMI files BK (his billions of shares become worthless) and Pierre is left holding the bag, so what do you think he will do? Keep several hundred million shares that have the opportunity to become valuable and he can make a nice profit, have the personal guarantee he signed with JMJ paid, get out of the mess he's in and back in good standing, or do you think he remains stubborn and arrogant and loses everything and is STILL liable and has a good chance to go to jail?
