SFMI's Real Estate Assets at Diamond Creek Mill are now in the hands of the Owyhee County Sheriff Department to be sold at a Minimum of $450,000 to pay some of the debt owed to Earll Excavation and All of the Debt owed to Drake Mechanical and Benchmark Electric. SFMI is not being sold. The company's property is being confiscated to settle part of the millions of debt they have incurred while the Quilliams have robbed the shareholders blind.
