The 10Q should be out this month so you will have your answer this month. If the 10Q does not say they have settled with William Earll and also give a lot of details on what they’re going to do moving forward. Then the fat lady has sang the song and the people still here either didn't see (hear) it or ignored it. If the 10Q has a lot of the usual garbage, it’s over. If you want my opinion, it has been over for a while and PQ is just milking the company until he is forced to shut it down. The little fines he will have to pay are nothing compared to what he has received. I hope I am wrong but betting on PQ to do the right thing is like asking everyone to get along.
