I see the same thing happening to GHDC that happened with SFMI. Going back to 2012 when SFMI told us in PR’s that:

“The Company anxiously awaits the arrival of its drilling equipment to finally begin a giant step forward in its business plan as to drilling inside the mountain for proven reserves.”

“Once core results from drilling become available, this data will translate into the much awaited instrument NI-43-101. Information published in this document gives shareholder validated proofs of qualities and quantities of ore bearing amounts, giving shareholders more detailed information about the value of their share ownership.”

I could give a lot more examples but hopefully you will get my point. They painted a picture that SFMI was going to really start to flourish. The stock continued to decline and several people on this board continuously posted what I call excuses as to why the stock was dropping. Just ask yourself this question. Is GHDC following the same pattern?

The problem is PQ and the BOD’s running both companies. Nothing will change until they are all gone and new knowledgeable people are in charge. Both companies could be profitable but reality is that PQ and his BOD’s are never going to give up control. As much as some of you don’t believe this, but they’re not losing money, we the shareholders are. I do not believe they were blindsided by the huge decline in GHDC stock price. If I can recall that was the same answer I received when SFMI was declining.

I know some of your believe that PQ will or is going to step down. If he was going to step down why doesn’t PQ just step down? The reason is he’s not.

I can recall when SFMI was continuing to fall with what I will call unreasonable stock transactions. Who did people blame? The MM’s. I see the same thing going on with GHDC. The blame should start at the top of the company.

I have a question about SFMI. Where and why haven’t they used the gold and silver that was sent to Florida to pay off some of this debt? Does anybody know where it all is?
