I still for the life of me cannot fathom why a company cannot pay 13k to end a bleeding, Its difficult to not question this companies methods of business.

Fact remains, they can be a viable business if the greedy quilliams and other board memmbers and consultants go to jail for what they have done. Taking thousands of dollars for doing nothing except convert shares to cash !
