We need these events to occur:

1) Earll settlement

2) Iliad paid in full----proof in an 8k filing

3) CURRENT pictures of the Mill with men working-We received pictures for years and all of a sudden nobody (Bobby Joe & Ouri??) can take some pictures???

4) The Q to show the company really generated revenues and a slight profit in April and the tolling contracts will be generating bigger numbers moving forward

5) BOD changes-We lost Lew Georges, now we need to lose Denise and add Julios & Jack

6) Company ANNOUNCING a stock buy-back
