Message: Questions to Rich Kaiser

I sent Rich Kaiser an email asking, read below.

Good morning Mr. Rich Kaiser,
Can you please tell me if Mr. John Leliever is still with SFMI?
Is obtaining a National Instrument 43-101 report still in progress or has it been put on hold until a later date?
Nothing about either one were mentioned in the 10K.
Thank you in advance

April 16, 2014

SFMI has entered into a tolling arrangements with objective of providing mining service for its underutilized Diamond Creek Mill facility. SFMI has a number of permits which other mining entities cannot obtain in their operational districts. Tolling revenues will be used to get current on a outstand obligations, any money left over will be applied to getting a close- loop cyanide system. which is a must needed additional circuit to process the complicated sulfide ore found in the historical tailings, geochemistry and geophysics qualities of the ore atop War Eagle. So, the idea is to utilize the Diamond Creek Mill for others who's ore is not as complex as SFMI, and bank roll the needed capital for growth and expansion. If anything is left over, 15% would be applied to a stock buy-back.

A 43-101 is currently being written this is a necessary document for listing on a Toronto Exchange( in the future), but it’s a recognized document worldwide which could help SFMI get comprehensive financing, as well. Mr. Leliever is under contract with SFMI, and Yes he is still under contract.

The Company maintains its 1300+ claims and is currently looking to expand both patented and unpatented claims within the Murphy, ID area.

Shareholders are always a priority at SFMI, since the largest shareholders are the insiders who have everything to gain and loss with prevailing stock prices. Mining stocks as a sector are still week, albeit better this first qtr. of 2014 than 2013, but still week. As the Company strides to generate more revenues from both internal and external sources, those results will go towards the bottom-line financial numbers which in turn should greatly improve financial matrix as it relates to stock performance.

No reveser split in the immediate future.

Thank you for your questions.

With warmest regards,

Rich Kaiser
