Thanks, Rick. That really needed to be cleared up. Now we know the truth and it's pretty obvious that current management is clueless. The fact that they are all Canadians could be a partial explanation, but they are a US Company and should know the US requirements.

I reiterate that, in the past, when talking about a 43-101, they always mentioned that drilling would be necessary. But, what the hell do I know.
