First, I read Anton stating that the Mill & its equipment will be auctioned off. Then he writes about SFMI doing a R/S. Now he writes Iliad & JMJ are loaded with shares.

I will have the pleasure to give everyone a breakdown the way I see it.

The Mill will not be auctioned off. Wake up people, GHDC didn't add 2 guys and do a R/S for the hell of it especially when GHDCs o/s were half of SFMIs.

No reason to do a R/S right now until they settle with Bill Earll and the price starts going UP.

Why would PQ settle with JMJ and then give shares to Iliad & JMJ if he was going to allow Bill Earll to take over? Because it ain't gonna happen Anton!

Listen up investors of SFMI.......there is an entity (insiders) that has obviously cut a deal with SFMI to take all those shares off the market and in return be allowed to pick them up for practically nothing (.0015-.002), making them silent partners. If this entity didn't exist, the SFMI pps would be .0000

If you ask me, I believe CQ will also file to sell, because there is a tremendous need for millions of more shares to give to this "entity".

At the end of the day, SFMI will be debt free, generating a nice amount of revenues each month from tolling, & will be ready to drill before the summer.
