With all due respect to all that reads this but how much longer are we going to read, this week, next week or next month. Nothing has happened in the last year that shows anything positive is about to happen. So please give the next week, next month, a break. Everything they have told us in my opinion has been extremely misleading. In fact, everything they have done so far has done nothing but hurt the shareholders. They have wasted all those millions of dollars to purchase all that nice equipment that has NOT made the company any money. In my opinion, our simpleton CEO is pathetic. Look at the dates and what they released in PR's. Incase any of you don't know but the date today is 02/13/14. Can any one show me 1 thing they have completed from the info below? Please don't respond they're working on that or it is still in progress.
Murphy, Id. -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/04/13 -- SILVER FALCON MINING, INC. (SFMI.OTCBB) provides statements regarding the Company’s organization.
Corporate Structure
Following hints of major corporate structural changes during last month’s Annual General Meeting at SFMI’s mill site in Idaho, Mr. Pierre Quilliam Chairman, said:
“Everybody recognizes the great achievements of the past five years in establishing a state of the art mill in Murphy Idaho. The Diamond Creek Mill, will, in the near future, become self-supporting as a result of TOLLING contracts which are being finalized for milling of ores from third party mining operations. Details will be forthcoming after signature of the contracts.
We expect to begin floating our 37,000 tons of dump material on-site and have the resultant concentrate containing high values of precious metal (GOLD & SILVER) leached using the Merrill Crowe process at a nearby facility during this current month.
Effective immediately, the Company’s subsidiary, ‘PALMIRS INC’ will legally become Silver Falcon Exploration, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SFMI. The SFMI Board will appoint Mr. Leliever a well-known Canadian figure in the mining industry as Chief Executive Officer of the newly named entity. He will direct development of the mountain from his Canadian office, while our legal office will arrange for a working visa to allow him to direct operations on-site.
Mr. Leliever is tasked with the creation of the proposed instrument N43-101 assisted by Hanych Geological Consulting Ltd (HGC)
Murphy, Id. -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/16/13 -- SILVER FALCON MINING, INC. (SFMI.OTCBB)
retains JEX Resource Consulting Ltd.
Sinker Tunnel
JEX Resource Consulting Ltd. has been retained to present plans for a comprehensive drilling program on the inside and on the surface of War Eagle Mountain, in order to flesh out the historically based instrument NI43-101 which it will prepare and to allow the Company to add some proven reserves to its assets. This evaluation of the ore quality and quantity available in War Eagle Mountain will form the basis for the Company’s future mining plans.
Mill Update
The Company is presently finalizing a toll contract with a mining concern based on sample ore delivered by the interested mine. Mr. Pierre Quilliam, CEO said, ”After meeting with the principals of this potential customer, and sampling of their ore, I feel that we have the perfect solution for a mutually rewarding piece of work at our Diamond Creek Mill, while we await financing for our proposed leaching circuit.”
Murphy, Id. -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/26/13 -- SILVER FALCON MINING, INC. (SFMI.OTCBB) proceeds with contract milling services. During this recent slow-down in the world’s mining sector, mining entities continue to look for cost-cutting but increased efficiencies in their operations. As such, SFMI’s management has been approached by a number of mining entities within the surrounding states for assistance in milling, metallurgical processes, milling engineering and other milling related activities.
As of August 23, 2013, a mining concern sent 10 tons of ore bearing materials and a payment of $5000.00 to SFMI’s 100% owned Diamond Creek Mill Facility. This mining company’s objective is to have SFMI process their ore and provide other subsequent metallurgical activities. Upon satisfactory processing of this test material tonnage, SFMI will enter into a full-term contractual agreement which will detail daily tonnages and pay-outs to SFMI for these toll services.
Pierre Quilliam, CEO, Silver Falcon Mining, Inc., states, “It has come to our attention that our expertise and success at both the Diamond Creek Mill Facilities and War Eagle Mountain, has caught the attention of other mining companies in and around the area of our operations. We have met with key people from a number of these companies who need our help in getting their ore processed and other types of analytical evaluations. All of these opportunities will provide revenue streams to SFMI.”
Good luck to all, because we need it!
