Message: GHDC 10Q out

They will have ~77M shares out after the signing bonuses, but will also be paying out shares every 4 months to pay the 6 "consultants" a total of $1,235,000 every year. At .20/share post split, that's another 6M shares each year. That's for the one casino. If the rumors of more deals being imminent is true, will those deals also mean more shares?

"The Company will enter into consulting agreements with six individuals, which provide for cumulative annual compensation of $1,235,000 payable in shares of the Company’s common stock on a trimester basis, and the issuance of 19,977,980 shares of post-split common stock as signing bonuses."

They are also going to issue themselves another 17M shares just for the hell of it! (In reality, because they've done such a damn good job).

"The Company will issue 17,000,000 shares of post-split common stock to various officers, directors and significant shareholders as compensation for past services and support of the Company"

In other words, they are rewarding themselves with another 20% of the company because they have been so "supportive". It also means that there will be more like 94M shares out after the dust settles, with another 6M a year for the consultants, and who knows how much for the current management. Remains to be seen how many shares will be issued for any further acquisitions.

It also looks like the headline on the most recent GHDC PR, "Completes Acquisition of ...Gaming Entity" was not true since the acquisition is obviously not complete. For one thing, it is contingent on the reverse split, which has not happened yet. In addition, the interim lease payments that were supposed to have been made to GHDC starting in September whether or not the deal was finalized by then are not reflected in the 10Q.

"The Lessee shall make “Interim Lease Payments” on a bi-weekly basis beginning with an Interim Lease Payment due on Friday, September 13th, 2013"

Wonder what happened to those payments?
