All indications had been that there would be news before the meeting (for PQ's well being, if nothing else). I assume the PRs for some reason were not ready by the time of the meeting (no surprise there). But if the PRs will be ready before open Monday, is there any reason not to disclose the information during the meeting as long as the information was not used to buy or sell in the 1 hour between the start of the meeting and market close? Is there any way to prevent that, maybe the same kind of non-disclosure agreement used for other companies when they are shown internal documents when considering buying or investing in another company? That would certainly explain the lack of news from the meeting, especially if discussion of anything said or heard at the meeting were prohibited. Just a hopeful guess, because other alternatives (there is no news) are not fun to contemplate...
