Earlier this week, tomorrow, does it make a difference? To someone trading ..yes, but THIS is not a short term investment. The NEW people in control are in with long term strategy IMO.

I think it makes sense to release right before the meeting and then be able to present it firsthand to those shareholders that actually made the trip. Especially IF there are new folks involved.

IMO Bouts has been right along with his CHANGE mantra.
