What does it mean that we are NOT getting a PR today?

You would think that if they had great news they would put out the PR before or at the open today to get the buying frenzy going. That would quickly take out the sellers and get us on the road.

But no PR. Does this indicate that the news really sucks or is basically nothing we don't already know?
